During these challenging times (and always) I am available to Skype for a private session. Skype or FaceTime can be quite effective, please either email or call my cell to discuss. I am working to get videos up to YouTube so you can practice with me honoring social distancing for not only your health but others.

COVID- Update

• I will be teaching an online virtual workshop on May 20, 2020 @ 1:30-3:30 through YogaWorks.com on Yoga for Bone Strength. See my Yoga for Bone Health section.

• I am doing a regular weekly gentle/therapeutic class on Zoom. Please email me for details and meeting id if you are interested. It is a donation optional class.

• I am on the schedule at Be the Change Yoga, Irvine each week, go to their website for more details. http://www.bethechangeyoga.com

• I am teaching online corporate wellness. If you are interested in providing short  wellness classes 15-45 minutes for your employees, contact me directly to discuss. This is a low cost way to care for your employees during this stressful time providing them with tools for self care to promote better health.
