COVID- Update


• I am doing a regular weekly gentle/therapeutic class on Zoom. Thursday @ 9m Please email me for details and meeting id if you are interested. It is a donation optional class.

• I am teaching livestream on Sundays at 1:45 through YogaWorks. You can access the schedule here

• As of July 28, I will be teaching onTuesday at 9:15 through YogaWorks live stream. To access the schedule and class see the link above.

•If you would like to practice for bone strength check out my new website . . .

• I am teaching online corporate wellness. If you are interested in providing short  wellness classes 15-45 minutes for your employees, contact me directly to discuss. This is a low cost way to care for your employees during this stressful time providing them with tools for self care to promote better health.

During these challenging times (and always) I am available to Skype for a private session. Skype or FaceTime can be quite effective, please either email or call my cell to discuss.
